At Synapse Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your items are in their original, shrink-wrapped packaging. Opened media can only be returned if the disc is defective.

Request Authorization

Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Pack and Label

Securely pack the items in a sturdy box or bubble mailer to prevent damage during transit and clearly write the RMA number on the outside.

Ship and Track

Send the package via a trackable shipping service. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
